My name is Kristen Pribanich, MA, LPCC and I specialize in working with clients on the intersection between career and mental health. My journey towards becoming a counselor happened when I experienced burnout and career dissatisfaction after being in the wine/fine dining industry for 10 years. I knew that I needed a change, but had no idea what I what I wanted to pursue. Working through my own career transition with a therapist/career coach helped solidify that I wanted to help others who experience a career transition/burnout in the workplace. In my practice I utilize career counseling, strengths-based interventions, trauma-informed care, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I primarily work with women and folx who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community. Through working with me, you'll better understand your relationship with thoughts/emotions and actions, get grounded in your personal values system, uncover your "parts", and recognize the ways your parts inform decisions.
